Location is number 1 for properties in the Detroit Michigan real estate market

Now lets talk neighborhoods in the state of Michigan there are good neighborhoods and than there are bad neighborhoods.


Some parts of the state you want to look for a house to call your own and other parts of the state you want to stay out of.

When your buying a house you want the neighborhood to be safe and that means doing a ton of homework on a specific location. You don't want to just pick any area of Michigan and say that's where I want to settle or maybe you do.

If your able to pick up property in Detroit and have a property management company in Detroit manage it for you your set.

But most people that buy a house in Michigan want to move towards the water. The real estate on the water is expensive but if you work with the right people and know the location you want you won't have a problem in the Detroit sellers market.

Location in real estate is the number one factor that makes it sell. If you find a home in a hot area of Detroit the more popular your going to be. But that's location anywhere.

Look at CVS and Walgreen's there on every corner because the demand for them is crazy. So real estate is the same way.

But here is a fact that not a lot of people are aware of new cars in Detroit are upwards of 70k so that means you can either buy a new car or a house now in Detroit. Personally a used car in Detroit that's 3 or 4 years old is good for me.
